Home Town Mini Storage, L.L.C. respects your privacy. Here is our privacy policy for the use of the services as defined by your rental agreement and the website located at hometownministorage.com.

Personally Identifiable Information

We do not directly collect personally identifiable information on this website. We use a 3rd party company called Formstack.com to obtain your personally identifiable information. The links provided on this website redirect you to forms that are maintained on the Formstack.com server. Home Town Mini Storage uses these forms to conduct business and collect your personally identifiable information. The Formstack forms are encrypted and secure as indicated by the lock and https in the URL address.

Your personally identifiable information will be stored on Formstack’s server for the duration of  your storage rental. Formstack nor its employees have access to your information. Only Home Town Mini Storage, L.L.C. can access your information stored on Formstack’s server and is password protected (see Formstack’s privacy policy).

Personally identifiable information printed to paper is kept in a locked office.  Paper documents are disposed of by shredding or incineration.  Any such information kept on a computer is password protected.

We will not provide anyone else outside of our company with any information specific to you collected by us unless we have your consent. Our only employees  allowed access to personal information about you are those who need to have access.

What information is collected and used

We may collect personal information that can identify you, such as your name and email address, and other information that does not identify you.

We may collect and store any personal information you enter on our forms or provide to us in some other manner.. As a business service, Home Town Mini Storage, L.L.C. does not target its offering toward, and does not knowingly collect any personal information from, users under thirteen (13) years of age.

 Communication from us

From time to time, we may send you information with announcements and updates about the Website, the Services, and your account. You may elect to opt-out of ongoing e-mail communication from us, such as newsletters, subscriptions, account information, promotional materials, contest results, survey inquiries, etc. by using a simple “opt out” procedure. You need only reply to the communication with the word “unsubscribe” (without the quotation marks) in the body of your e-mail response and your name will be removed from that mailing list.

E-Commerce

No commerce transactions take place on this website. All commerce links on this website redirect you to Formstack’s website and are processed securely in order to make every reasonable effort to insure that your personal information is protected. (See Formstack’s privacy policy)
